Celtic Given A Fright By Falkirk But Bhoys Come Good In The End

Celtic took their place in the league Cup Semi-Finals with a 5-2 win over Falkirk but the game was far less straightforward than the scoreline suggests.

With just 20 minutes remaining it was the dark blues who were heading to Hampden, but a rare quadruple substitution from Brendan Rodgers made akll the difference and Celtic's quality came through in the end.

All 5 goals came from summer signings and the Bhoys can now look forward to a return to the National Stadium where they'll play Aberdeen in the last 4.
