Today, I'd like to explain how false eyelashes can help you if you're
losing eyelashes due to chemotherapy and connect you to the inspiring
Cordilia Gapare.

At Cancer Hair Care, we're often asked if it's OK to put on false
lashes during chemo and it absolutely is!

Many people assume you need lashes to attach false eyelashes to, but
that isn't the case as you attach false lashes to the outside lid of
the eye and not the lash itself.

False eyelashes can help to keep your hair loss private and are worn
by people with all types of hair loss (such as alopecia) as well as
people who wish to enhance their lashes.

Some brands have designed false lashes specifically to be worn by
those going through chemotherapy, such as the C-Lash from Eylure. The
C-Lash false eyelashes was created in collaboration with a former
breast cancer patient (Codilia Gapare). I’m super inspired by Codilia
and love to see authentic collaborations between people who have a
lived experience of hair loss and brands that care.

Other brands' false lashes also have some clever improvements on
designs, but feel free to choose a lash that suits your style
requirements.
