A few years back we came across a chocolate shop in a tiny Texas town with truffles that's taste would bring in people for miles. Ken Wilkinson, Calvert's chocolateer, fell off a ladder in 2016 that left him with a traumatic brain injury. In order to be closer to Ken's therapists, Jackie made the tough decision to close Cocoamoda in Calvert and make the move to Waco, but continues her husband's legacy and their sweet confections by selling their chocolates at the Waco Winery.
