LC17 | Dr. George C. Fraser | First Financial Security

Dr. George C. Fraser, Chairman and CEO of FraserNet and a friend of First Financial Security, Inc. (FFS), was a featured speaker at FFS’ recent Leaders Convention (LC17). This marks the third time, Dr. Fraser has spoken to the group, and his presentation during LC17, Aug. 3-5 at the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, may have been his best yet.

Throughout his hour-long speech, Dr. Fraser had people on the edge of their seats, frantically taking notes. He discussed the equal importance of leadership, relationships and networking in achieving success.

He explained that our relationships shape who we are, who we become, and how or if we become successful. Dr. Fraser encouraged audience members to choose their friends carefully, reminding people that standing behind a successful person is a group of people; behind an unsuccessful person is a group of people. With net worth determined by network, it becomes critical to surround oneself with people similar goals for success.
