As a developer Peter Lieber was hating CMM(I) and he thought he will never want to be that structured. But these thoughts were only valid as long as you have been alone.

Now in the modelling world he still likes to be alone for ideas, creativity and scribbles, but the real power comes by sharing models meaning: wisdom, knowledge, information and data (check out the DIKW model 🙃)

But sharing means caring and so it comes: Model Maturity Model Integration.

Related to the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) we defined MMMI (Model Maturity Model Integration) – so in organizations there are 5 Levels: Level 0: No Model, Level 1: My, Myself and I, Level 2: Collaboration, Level 3: Advanced Collaboration and Publication, Level 4: Regulation and Optimization. Peter will discuss all that levels to identify.
