Ai no Kimochi (アイのきもち) by miyuki. Despite not mentioning the word Tamagotchi, this is an obscure official Tamagotchi song that came on the pictured CD single. The single was released in Japan in 1997.
The title may be a play on words. Ai no Kimochi means "feelings of love", but the "ai" is spelled like the Japanese version of the English word "I", which means it can also translate to "my feelings".
