In this video, I take three old and completely rusted coin boxes and restore them into fully functional vintage-style piggy banks.

These boxes had:

No lid

No lock

Missing keys

Broken or missing handles

And were completely covered in rust


But with some creativity, a few basic tools, and a lot of patience, I brought them back to life. I custom-built new lids, installed new locks, polished the surfaces, and gave them a brand-new coat of paint.

🔧 Restoration Process:

1. Rust removal and surface cleaning


2. Rebuilding missing parts (lid, lock, handle)


3. Priming and painting


4. Final assembly and finishing touches
