Ingredients for the Ragi Idli
Ragi flour- 1 cup
Urad dal flour- 1/2 cup
Idli rava/sooji- 1/2 cup
Dahi- 1/2 cup
Fenugreek powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for the coconut chutney
Coconut- 1 cup
Daliya powder /Sattu- 2 tbsp
Green chillies - 3
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Heeng - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1tbsp
