What is Practical Faith?

I don’t know about you, but I love hearing stories of regular, everyday people choosing to do things because of their Christian faith. Things they wouldn’t have normally done, but because they have made a commitment to put Jesus at the center of their lives, they’re now making different choices and doing things differently. They’re living out their faith in real, practical ways without any fanfare or praise. They’re doing it simply because of their relationship with God.

During my years as a Christian, I’ve met many of these people and I thought wouldn’t it be great to tell their stories so other could be encouraged and inspired to live out their faith in real and practical ways. That’s where Practical Faith comes in.

The Practical Faith concept is pretty simple. We are going to use storytelling and real life examples to encourage, empower and equip Christians to live out their faith in practical ways everyday, and to demonstrate to nonbelievers how faith in Jesus can change lives in real, practical ways. And then we will share these stories here on this Website, in churches, and eventually via local television.
