Launch rom modifies the game in a way that makes air combos much more accessible by giving more moves launching properties and teching restricted to post grabbing. There are also a lot of changes in frame data and some moves are reworked entirely.
It's still being developed and these were some testing games, we only had one game break where jotaro would not get up! Good sign!
