Now that the 3rd quarter is done and in the books, we've got a fresh quarterly market update to share with you. Things are looking good in the Pierce County market, and we can tell by comparing some figures from the 3rd quarter of this year to the 3rd quarter of 2015. The numbers I really like to focus on are the sales prices, asking prices, and average days on market and they're all trending positively for us.
