Excited to reboot the dbA Talks series that followers enjoyed on IG TV. We have all had our own struggles with multiple aspects of life. In this first talk in the reboot, I share a bit on my own COVID struggles with maintaining a fitness regime.

"Meeting up" with my buddy Keston on Trainer Road for 3 rides a week has really kept me sane & definitely got me back on track with my training. We are fortunate that in this trying time, we have a lot of technology at our hands, especially in the fitness and activity space.
