🌹ROSE TTEOKBOKKI🌹
is a Cream-based gochujang (chili paste) Tteokbokki.🌶

INGREDIENTS (good for 2~3 servings)

📍for warming up/ defrosting the TTEOK (or rice cake)
500g Rice Cake or TTEOK (please buy from Korean Grocery)
1 table spoon Rock Salt
4 table spoon Sugar
water enough to cover up your rice cake as it warms it up

📍for the sauce base
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 cloves of sliced garlic
1/2 white onions
1 spring onions (1/2 cup)
125g Bacon
3 tbsp gochujang (chili paste)
500ml water
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp patis
250ml all purpose cream

*Optional Ingredients to Add:
1~2 sheets of Fish Cake (Odeng)
Assorted sausages (1-2pcs)
Mozzarella Cheese (for toppings)


This is perfect for those who don't really eat spicy food,
since the creaminess of it helps lessen the "kick" of chili
Tteokbokki is basically rice/flour cake recipes which Koreans love!
