Hi everyone. We just had to make a detour and experience the 2018 Midwest RibFest. It was held here near Prior Lake, MN at the Mystic Lake Casino event grounds.

The annual Midwest RibFest brings 10 of the best barbecue BBQ Pit Masters together for a tasty cook-off. There were Pit Masters from states such as Texas, Illinois, Arkansas, Tennessee and many more.

There was so much good food, that we weren't able to even sample all of them. Make sure to get just a sample from each booth, or risk filling up before finding the your favorite barbecue BBQ. And don't worry, their full menus were up for ordering as well.

This first time experience showed us what to expect at next year's annual Midwest RibFest 2019. We'll be better prepared next year for more food, drinks, and music.
