कोविड - 19 महामारी लगभग एक वर्ष से पूरे विश्व में प्रचलित है। हैवेनली पैलेस में रहने वाले वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को इससे बचाने के लिए मैनेजमेंट द्वारा सभी सुरक्षा उपायों को तत्परता और परिश्रम से लिया गया ।इस मुश्किल समय दौरान हैवेनली पैलेस के निवासियों और कर्मचारियों के बीच नि: शुल्क फेस मास्क वितरित किए गए तथा परिसर के भीतर विभिन्न स्थानों पर हैंड सैनिटाइज़र लगाए गए। सभी ने यहां सामाजिक भेद के मानदंड को बनाए रखा है। मैनेजमेंट की ओर से राज्य के स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सहयोग से नि: शुल्क आरटी-पीसीआर परीक्षण पूरे स्टाफ और निवासियों के लिए आयोजित किए गए। इस दौरान यहाँ भोजन बहुत स्वच्छ तरीके से तैयार किया गया और इसका वितरण कमरों में इसकी गुणवत्ता को ध्यान में रखते हुए बारीकी से किया गया। कमरों में मेडिकल टीम ने दैनिक जांच की और सभी को मुफ्त में कई विटामिन की खुराक वितरित की। संक्षेप में अगर बात करें तो परिसर में महामारी के प्रसार से बचने के लिए सभी संभव उपाय किए गए थे और ऐसे सभी उपाय फायदेमंद साबित हुए और अब तक इस महामारी ने हैवेनली पैलेस में निवासियों और कर्मचारियों के हंसमुख दैनिक जीवन में हस्तक्षेप नहीं किया।

Covid - 19 pandemic is prevailing all over the world for almost an year. Heavenly Palace took all safety measures promptly and diligently against spreading of the same among senior citizens residing here. Free face masks were distributed among residents and staff. Hand sanitizers were installed at various places within the complex. Social distancing norms were scrupulously maintained by everyone here. RT-PCR tests were conducted free of cost in association with State Health department for entire staff and residents. Food is prepared here in most hygienic way and its distribution either in dining hall or in the rooms was closely monitored for its quality. In house medical team conducted daily checks and distributed multiple vitamin doses free of cost to everyone. In a nutshell all possible measures were taken to avoid spread of pandemic in the complex. All such measures proved beneficial and so far the pandemic didn't interfered with the cheerful daily life of residents and staff at Heavenly Palace.
