Fennel Powder - 1/2 Tsp (Saunf)
Water - 1.5 Cups
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Mint Leaves - Few
Green Chilli - 2-3

Ingredients for Palak Paneer Pulao -
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 Inch
Cashew - Few
Onion - 1 Medium
Spinach - 150 Grams
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Paneer - 150 Grams
Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups

Ingredients for Tofu Pulao :
Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
Tofu – 250 Grams
Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 1 Small
Tomato – 2 (Pureed)
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp
Oregano – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper – ½ Tsp
Basmati Rice – 1.5 Cups (Washed & Soaked 30 Minutes)
Water – 3 Cups
Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp
