airfryer aloo bhujiya:

2 potatoes
1 tbsp oil (oil spray is great if you have)
salt
chilli powder

slice the potatoes thinly using a peeler or knife
blanch them in water for 5 min
dunk them in an ice bath
pat them till they’re completely dry
spray with oil and airfry for around 11 min at 200°C
season with salt and chilli powder, add some peanuts too if you like
