Then, we coat the stuffed chillies in a smooth besan (gram flour) batter for that
perfect golden crisp.
We use a glass cup dipping method to get an even coating of batter on the large stuffed chillies, then deep fry them in hot refined oil until golden brown and crispy outside while heeping the soft, spicy filling inside.
