How Do I Receive My Meal and Workout Plans with Noom?
In order to receive your meal and workout guides, you must first complete our online consultation. The consultation will be emailed to you within two days of purchasing the guides. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders for the email. Once you have completed the survey and we have gathered a few of your preferences, you will receive your guides via email within two business days.


What are the minimum requirements to use Noom?
To use Noom, you’ll need a device running at least Android version 6 or an iOS device that’s an iPhone 5s or better running at least iOS 10.3.3. We also recommend having at least 600mb of free space. As well as being over 18 years old.


Can I sync Noom across multiple devices?
It’s not possible to sync your Noom data between more than one device. Because of this, we recommend our Noomers choose one device to track all of their information with Noom so that all data is accessible on just one device.


Can I use Noom on My Desktop?
There isn’t a desktop version of Noom yet. Currently, Noom is only available on iOS and Android mobile devices.
