-🧆 Falafel Platter (फालाफेल प्लेटर)-
Ingredients (सामग्री) :
🔹 For Falafel Bullet (फालाफेल बुलेट के लिए):
2 cups Chickpeas – soaked (छोले – भिगोए हुए)
1 tbsp Green Chilli – chopped (कटी हरी मिर्च)
1 cup Fresh Parsley (ताज़ा पार्सले)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
2–3 tsp Gram Flour – besan (बेसन)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
4–5 tbsp White Sesame Seeds – til (सफेद तिल)
1 tbsp Garlic – chopped (कटा हुआ लहसुन)
1 tsp Coarse Coriander Powder (दरदरा धनिया पाउडर)
Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल)

🔹 For Beetroot Hummus (बीटरूट हुमस के लिए):
1 cup Boiled Chickpeas (उबले हुए चने)
½ tsp White Pepper Powder (सफेद मिर्च पाउडर)
2–3 tbsp Tahini Paste (ताहिनी पेस्ट)
1 tsp Garlic (लहसुन)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 Boiled Beetroot (उबला चुकंदर)
1 tbsp Hung Curd (हंग कर्ड)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
5–6 tbsp Olive Oil (ऑलिव ऑयल)

🔹 For Salad (सलाद के लिए):
Lettuce (लेट्यूस)
Cherry Tomatoes (चेरी टमाटर)
Olives (ऑलिव्स)
Cucumbers – sliced (ककड़ी)
Boiled Beetroot – chopped (उबला चुकंदर)
Jalapeños (जलेपीनो)

🔹 For Hot Sauce (हॉट सॉस के लिए):
10 Dry Red Chillies – soaked (सूखी लाल मिर्च – भीगी हुई)
4–5 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
¼ tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
Water as required (पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
2 tbsp Olive Oil (ऑलिव ऑयल)
½ tsp Sugar (चीनी)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
