R E C I P E
-Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

-Prepare the toppings:
Slice about 1 tbsp of black pitted olives into thin rounds (these will be the "monster eyes").
Thinly slice about 10 strips of red, yellow, or green sweet peppers to use as mouths, lips, or fangs.

-Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1½ cups of ground beef (80/20 blend).
Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until no longer pink.
Stir in ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp dried onion flakes, a dash of ground black pepper, and 1 tsp dried parsley.
Mix well, then drain excess oil using a paper towel. Set aside.

-Assemble the mini pizzas:
Split 4 English muffins and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread each half with about 1 tbsp of pizza or pasta sauce.
Top each with a spoonful of the seasoned ground beef.
Sprinkle about 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese over each mini pizza.

-Decorate the faces:
Place 2 olive slices for eyes on each pizza.
Use the pepper strips to form creepy mouths, lips, or fangs.

-Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted. Do not overbake.

-Serve hot and enjoy your spooky monster pizzas!
