The monsoon season breathes new life into the flora and fauna of the forest, and the Western Ghats of India become especially stunning during this time. In this episode, we explore the lush green grasslands and rain-soaked trees of this vibrant landscape. Our safari took place in the first week of July, just after the monsoon typically begins here in mid-June. We were fortunate to spot tigers, a sloth bear, elephants, and a variety of other wildlife and birds during this trip.

Nagarhole National Park is one of India’s most popular destinations for wildlife tourism. This tiger reserve has three main safari gates: Kabini, Nanachi, and Veeranahosahalli. We entered through the Kabini gate, booking our safari through the official website. This trip was part of a special package organised by me and DotGreen for our subscribers who wanted to join us on this adventure.
