Jefferson Model has to be one of the greatest models Newmark has created and I say this because it has a great floor plan that offers a ton of space , it is comforting and relaxing with so much of natural light, open and high ceilings between the kitchen and the living room. A really fantastic 4 bedroom home with a study at the entry to your right and a dining area to the left. There was very little unused space as soon as you entered and there was just enough space for it all. I was over all impressed by the layout and the upstairs. I have never found a builder in Houston and in Pearland or Manvel to really focus on the upstairs as much as I did with the Newmark homes. I mean the room sizes were so much larger in comparison to other new build homes. There was even a media room that was the size of two large rooms upstairs an even included a large open family/ game room room upstairs that had a very cozy balcony to enjoy overlooking all the homes. I really never thought I would find a home with such a great plan! Newmark also has a ton of standard features you need to know about! Wood floors are standard, maple cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel under mount sink, drop in tub with tile deck, stained mahogany front door are just a few to name! This Jefferson home is also available in many other areas such as Harvest Green, Riverstone 55', Cross Creek Ranch 50'. It is zoned to all the right schools to help your growing family, ALVIN ISD and hosts a grand amount of amenities shared with Shadow Creek Ranch such as trails and parks!
