Leica Geosystems produces what are arguably the world's most advanced handheld laser measure. The DISTO D510 is one of the most technically advanced of their range.

The 360° tilt sensor allows for super-accurate angle measurements from any position whilst the digital viewfinder (with 4x zoom) allows the user to take outdoor measurements at distances (up to 200m) and in conditions (e.g. bright sunlight/reflective surfaces) which other laser measure manufacturers could only dream of.

The smartphone-like interface is easy to use and will no-doubt be familiar to users of most modern, handheld technology. The Bluetooth Smart connectivity allows the user to pair their DISTO to their Apple iPad and iPhone devices to save their data and to make use of the DISTO Sketch app that comes free with this device.

The D510 is one of only two DISTOs that are specifically designed to work outdoors.
