INGREDIENTS:
For Mawa:
* Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee (घी ) - 2-2.5 Spoons

For Mithai:
* Mawa/Khoya (मावा/खोया) - 3/4 Bowl
* Milk (दूध) - 3/4 Bowl
* Sugar (चीनी) - 3/4 Bowl
* Saffron (केसर)
* Rosewater (गुलाब जल)
* Sev (सेव/नमकीन) - 2 Bowls
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Spoons
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे)

For Sev:
* Gram flour ( बेसन) - 250 Grams
* Oil (तेल) - 1.5 Tbsp
* Water (पानी) - More Than 1/2 Cup
* Oil (तेल) - For frying

RECIPE:
For Mawa/Khoya,take a bowl,put Milk Powder in it & add Milk in it gradually.Mix it well & make it lumps free.
In a pan,put Ghee & put the mixture in it & cook it.Make it thick then put some more Ghee & cook it more.Then take out the Mawa in a bowl & keep it in fridge for 15-20 mins.
For Sev,take a bowl,put Gram Flour & Refined Oil in it & bind the soft dough by adding Water in it gradually.apply some Oil on the dough & grease the Sev Maker with Oil then put the dough in it.Make the Sev in the medium heated Oil.Then after cooling down,crush the Sev.
In a pan,put Milk & Sugar,then cook it till it turns sticky.Put half of the Mawa in the boiling Milk then turn the flame slow,put some Saffron Milk,Rose Water,Crushed Sev & mix them all.Then put the remaining Mawa & Ghee then mix them again.Turn the flame slow,cover it & cook it for 3-4 mins.Then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down for an hour.Put the mixture in a greased tray & spread it.Let the Sev Mithai to set for 4-5 hours & cut it in pieces.In this way,Sev Sweet will get ready at home.
