What does a journey of 11 years look like?

Jun-2013: CPT (17 yo)
Nov-2015: IPCC Group 1
Nov-2016: IPCC Group 2
Nov-2019: CA Final Group 2
& & & finally,
May-2024: CA Final Group 1 (29 yo)

From Jun-2013 to May-2024 to 11-Jul-2024, the journey of more than a decade. The journey starting from teenage to adulthood. (Thankfully not a senior citizen. Lol!)

Phew!

What do I even say about this?!

This part of my life, maybe, was to season me from a sapling to a tree. This phase got me a lot of experiences, taught me friendships, an ocean of tears, umpteen heartbreaks, to shedding off all the facade, the friends, the ego and everything in between.

But what stayed the full length was the child-like attitude, the grit, the strength (ofc! I lost at some points), the hope, the belief, the faith, and my FAMILY.

This journey wasn’t mine alone. The day I yearned to witness. Took a lot of and gave it multiplied.

They say, “If you lose something, expect to receive multifold” and I felt this to my gut.

Everyone has a fair idea about the towering length of CA books. But I know the Eiffel tower of marksheets with FAIL in it.

The lofty marksheets would possibly even shade out the tall pile of books. Haha!😂

Today, when the result page loaded, I only and only felt happily relieved. I always dramatised my imagination of this day to be filled with tears of joy. But no! My eyes were deserted and no traces of oasis.😂

May be my eyes were containing the joy after all that they had to go through for, safe to say, years now.

My family, the extended family, the far relatives, the near ones too, my siblings’ friends, oh! The I-don’t-know category of people too! had their eyes filled with tears. Strange and sweet!

Some teared with joy and some out of redemption...

I’m only and only humbled and grateful for everything this journey has shaped me to be.

I’m grateful that this journey walked me back home to myself.❤️
