Today, Saimai, William, and I are going to tour four 2-bedroom apartments in the BKK1 neighborhood of Phnom Penh. BKK1, short for Boeung Keng Kang 1, is the most expensive and developed neighborhood in all of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Apartments tend to be more expensive in this part of Phnom Penh than any other part of town, including Riverside and Russian Market. There are a lot of well-to-do expats living in this area. All of the apartments run from $800 to $1200 for two bedrooms, which the average price being about $1000 per month.
