Mid-century Homes - NoCC - The Sims 4 StopMotion

I tried to build cozy Mid-Century Family Homes on the same lot for two families.
I imagine the family of the bigger house owns both of the houses and rents the other out.

In this build no Custom Content is being used, however I added some Gallery Art which is now considered as CC by the Gallery. You don’t need to look for the art works as they are all available in the Gallery for free and will be placed with the lot into your game.
