GAME ANALISIS: Sometimes Vanguard is a game about risk assessment. It is hard in vg to judge if a play is good or not based on the final outcome because most of the good plays are bets based on odds that can still go wrong. I will try to explain some interesting plays in the video that i think are useful for learning here, in that regard. Will also cover the mistakes after :3

1:28: Gandeeva is a late game deck so we want to stay out of lethal range by guarding early and trying to stay low on dmg. This way we become able to take more powerful hits, save our pgs and stay healthy enough to survive. Usually against Gandeeva we will try to be at 0-1 dmg by their turn 3, then try to pg their Vg swing. The problem in this situation is I did not have a 15k shield to use. Since I'm planning on calling board, I know they will call their g1 from ride deck to board, having access to a 18k vg swing attack. This means that at best, I will have to risk a 1 to pass either way. Since I wasn't sure I would have the 15k (i did not) I tried to stay at 0 by using a low quality card and assumed the risk of a 1 to pass. Later on in the game, in (17:44) i manage to heal, but we would not need it if we had successfully guarded. The risk here is them having a trigger check and passing us, but the reward can be winning or losing the game, so I believe the right call is to do the 1 to pass, unless we have 15k, to guard the attack and be safe.

13:54: Here there were 2 things happening. For starters, there was a chance of my opponent not giving me the cb to play if I had guarded the attack with the crit. By having access to my resources I'm allowed to threaten him for lethal next turn if I hit a crit with Zorga, since I can put it on Keel. On the other hand, I had 3 heals left, this meaning my chances of healing back to 3 on my drive checks plus the 2 dmg check I would be taking before losing were high. By taking the dmg im allowed both to put pressure and still save cards as i'm enabling my heals.

15:50 By swinging to the rear, I'm enabling my heal on the 5th dmg. (i wish i had a crit jeje)

Lets check some missplays and learn from them UwU

2:00 should have paid Bist Ayatvas cb1 using the pg on damage zone

14:56 Don't be greedy. Just grab the pg, since pgs beat everything. I was sloppy because their OT was out but definetely going for Pg is good here :3
