But after Nigeria won, something unexpected happened — instead of staying back, we packed up and drove straight into the mountains… and I ended up in one of the coldest cities in Africa.
This is Ifrane, often called the Switzerland of Africa.
A quiet, high-altitude city in the Middle Atlas mountains — known for its clean streets, fresh air, alpine-style architecture, and winter snow that feels unreal for Africa.
