This time, I talked about house sharing, room sharing and average price for living in Dublin 1.
I expressed my thoughts as I was browsing through https://www.daft.ie/
It’s a handy online platform where you can find your potential house and flatmates.

If a double room for 1 person costs more than 900 eur, the house has to be in a very good condition.
If you are to share a room with one or more people, and if the rent is higher than 550 eur, I’d highly recommend you to check the conditions of the house, with a particular attention!
