ARC OF ATTRITION | An Ultramarathon to test every part of you!

The MudCrew Arc of Attrition is said to be the toughest 100 mile ultramarathon in the UK, which will test every part of you! With tricky winter conditions and relentless elevation changes, it poses an incredible challenge for all who attempt it.

I was feeling pretty confident that I was mentally and physically prepared for what was to come and this is the story of how my Arc of Attrition 2024 unfolded.
