Strictly for Egg lovers - Egg Tea(Mutta Chaya). This is from my Velliamma's (husband's father's sister) memories. In those days , If there was an unexpected guest and No milk to prepare tea, they used to quickly make this Egg Tea(Mutta Chaya). The egg yoke was the substitute for milk. Have also heard that it was served as a special beverage to special guests, like when Son in law visited the girls house.

How to make Egg Tea (For 2 people)
Egg Yolk - 1
Sugar 2tbsp
Black Tea - 2 cup
Method:
1. Add sugar in egg yolk and mix well.
2. Prepare black tea.
3. Add the black tea into the egg yolk mixture.
4. Mix well.
5. Serve it hot.
