Every time I go to the stage to receive the awards, this always gives goosebumps to me. Because certainly this award is not about me, but this is a story of our family and all the members' journey and support.

Long back in 1969, my father has started this organization as Chairman. Now I am only the face of this organization.

My brothers Manish, Rohit and their wives are the active director of our company. This is a very interesting business, and a lot of management schools show our organization's journey as an example. So, it is a blessing for us.
