Instagram users are allowed to decide which posts they are tagged in can appear on their profile page and which cannot.

Follow these steps and you will figure out how you may do it:

1. Go to your Instagram profile tab and hit the three lines icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Press on Settings.
3. Then click on the Privacy section in order to open it.
4. Choose the Tags option.
5. Press on Manually Approve Tags.
6. Keep in mind that if the slider is blue, it means that the tag review feature is enabled.
7. After that hit the Pending tags option.
8. Tap the Edit icon in the upper-right corner.
9. Click on a post in order to select it.
10. Now press on the Add option in the bottom-left corner of the screen and confirm by hitting Add to Profile.
