Everyone has their unique way of preparing instant noodles; and today I'll share my favourite way of cooking them. The tanginess of lemon when mixed with freshness of coriander and noodles masala charge your tastebuds like nothing else.

Lemon Coriander Noodles
Prep time - 10 mins
Cooking time - 12 mins
Serves - 2

Ingredients
Instant Noodles (इन्स्टेंट नूडल्स) - 2 pkts/ 140 gms
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) - 1 tbsp
Green chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) - 2 nos
Tastemaker Masala (टेस्ट मेकर मसाला) - 2 pkts
Salt (नमक) - a pinch
Turmeric (हल्दी) - a pinch
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) - handful
Lemon, small (नींबू) - 1½ nos
Spring onion, chopped (हरा प्याज़) - handful
