LIVE: Royal Family celebrate Christmas at Sandringham

The King and Queen have greeted wellwishers at the Sandringham estate as they led the royal family in attending the traditional Christmas Day service.

About 45 family members and guests are expected to gather for celebrations at the King’s estate in Norfolk this year.

The Princess of Wales greeted people eager to wish her a Merry Christmas as she made one of her first public appearances since returning to royal duties after treatment for cancer.

She joined the Prince of Wales and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, for the traditional walk to St Mary Magdalene church.
