We’re performing a 100 hour service on our Yamaha F50 in this video from Boats.net. In the video, see how to change the oil on your Yamaha F50. The oil capacity of a Yamaha F50 if 2.22 quarts, and we’ll use a Yamaha oil change kit to get the oil changed and get the oil level set properly.

Next, we’ll show you how to change the gearcase fluid on your Yamaha outboard. We’ll show you where to find the drain and the vent bolt, and we’ll also show you why you need to use a hand pump to refill the gearcase with fresh lube.

Then, we’ll change the fuel filter then change the fuel/water separator filter on our Yamaha outboard. We’ll wrap the project up by greasing the tilt/trim tube and checking the tilt/trim fluid.
