Building Career Tiny Homes in The Sims 4 // Business

This classic suburban home is perfect for your business-oriented sim! It's a one bed, one bath tiny home with a twist. The twist being that there is a garage and no, it does not count against your tiny home tile count. Isn't that great?

Because of this little trick your home is classified as a tier 2 tiny home. It's only 64 tiles. Which means your get the tier 2 perks where your bills are cut in half, your comfort levels are doubled, you gain skill faster and you're pretty much always feeling good.
