Lucknow to Patna via Purvanchal Expressway | Review of Expressway in detail | Roving Family
We traveled from Lucknow to Patna in Dec 2021 via Purvanchal expressway. It took almost 9 hours 30 minutes to cover a distance of 510 Km.
We took 4 hours 30 minutes to cover the initial stretch of 360 Km from Lucknow to Ghazipur and 5 hours to complete 150 Km stretch between Ghazipur to Patna.
It was a great drive till Ghazipur but the road condition between Buxar and Patna is not good. Also this route has very dense traffic. The 4 lane work is very slow and it will take at least 2 years to complete.
Also Buxar Ghazipur elevated corridor is still in planning stage. No work on the ground has started.
