Aaron is a good friend I met along the way. We crossed paths at The Lounge (my entertainment event), which was hosted at Impossible, and this is where we connected.

He was in the process of setting up South Manny Flavaz in the kitchen of Impossible, which went on to open a diner on Deansgate. His business went on to make over £ 1 million in revenue by catering to the likes of Parklife, Manchester City FC, and many more.

We've collaborated on numerous occasions at The Lounge, serving the likes of Marcus Rashford & Raheem Sterling to name a few, as well as celebratory events such as my birthday!
