3. Create a Database: Open your development environment's control panel and create a new MySQL database for your Joomla installation. Note down the database name, username, and password.

4. Extract Joomla Files: Extract the downloaded Joomla 4 package to the root directory of your local server (e.g., htdocs/www folder).

5. Start the Installation: Open your web browser and visit http://localhost or http://localhost/your-folder-name if you placed Joomla files in a subdirectory.
