The avatar serves diverse roles, from a multilingual travel guide in hospitality to virtual patient simulation in education and healthcare, facilitating engaging conversations in 27 languages. HumanBeam emphasizes the "intent-based" interaction model, allowing the avatar to infer user needs and provide contextual prompts while maintaining the flexibility to escalate to live staff when necessary.
