ESPRESSO step by step:
1. Disassemble the moka pot.
2. Pour warm water in the bottom portion of the Moka Pot,
right up to the bottom of the release valve without covering it.
3. Fill the funnel with ground coffee. (I usually use Lavazza, but other brands work too) When it’s full, scrape off the excess so the top is flat, but don’t pat the ground power down.
4. Replace top and screw it tightly over the base filled with ground coffee
5. Place the moka pot on the stove on a low-medium heat.
6. Wait a few minutes and you’ll have a beautiful espresso ready to drink.
