In this video I share some of the things I've learned from Dr. Abidan Shah's book "Changing the Goalposts". It chronicles the thinking of some leading text critics and their shift from looking for the original text to looking for the 'earliest possible' text. We'll take a look at a few quotes from some of the heavy hitter in reasoned eclecticism and how their view looks very much like post modernism.
