We hope you enjoy these recipes - they’re both a little preview of what deliciousness is to come in our recipe book Spring Equinox 2021!

Granola Bar:
1/3 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Garnish with a pinch of salt

Noodle StirFry:
4 Egg noodle nests
½ purple cabbage
3 portobello mushrooms
1 broccoli cap
Bean sprouts
3 carrots
3 baby bok choy
2 cups Vegetable oil
1 Tofu
¾ cup Cornstarch
Sauce:
¾ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
½ orange (juiced)
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tbsp fresh garlic
2 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp sambal

Garnish with spring onions & sesame seeds
