This special presentation of WBAL-TV 11's ongoing State of Addiction series, "What every family should know about opioids" features experiences of Maryland community members directly impacted by the epidemic, the resources available to help and a special message from Mark Wahlberg. The conversation starts with the executive director of the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation and Mark's older brother, Jim Wahlberg.
