Описание к видео Charting Your Path to Clinical Research Success: The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator Program

Inside look of the ACRC (Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator) Program, in the Radiation Oncology Department, Radiation Therapy Division. Our ACRC program helps promote inspiring doctors and researchers into Radiation Oncology and an Academic Medical Center. We allow opportunity for individuals to gain experience before entering medical school and other higher education. We are a teaching hospital, and this program is designed to teach our ACRCs with the supervision of faculty and managers. We want to set up our ACRCs for success. We hope each ACRC leaves with a strong foundation of all the skills and challenges they faced, and they continue their trajectory for success on their next journey.

Overall, the program benefits the professional development of the ACRC, as well as the organization and productivity of our department. The program is also valuable to the field of RO as it presents early exposure opportunities to prospective physicians and healthcare professionals.
