HOW TO FILL OUT Form I-129F || STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Form I-129F is Petition for Alien Fiancé(e). Use this form to petition to bring your:
Fiancé(e) (K-1) and their children (K-2) to the U.S. so you may marry your fiancé(e); or
Spouse (K-3) and their children (K-4) to the U.S. to await the approval of a Form I-130 filed on behalf of your spouse.

In today's video I would like to share how did I get my K1 Visa to come and live in the USA. I'll show you step by step how a petitioner (a U.S. citizen) fill out the form I-129F Petition for alien. I also share the link below on how a petitioner prepare all documents are needed to send to USCIS.
