Important Information Regarding your Bittrex Global Account - Notice to Creditors

This message is a follow-up to the Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts sent to you on 10 October 2024 on behalf of the Joint Liquidators (“JLs”) of Bittrex Global (Bermuda) limited (“Bittrex Bermuda”). It provides additional information about the Proof of Debt (“POD”) and Distribution processes pursuant to an Order of the Court dated 23 August 2024.

When Can I Withdraw / When Will My Withdrawals Be Sent?

After the POD Window has closed, the JLs have adjudicated all PODs, and all Disputed PODs and appeals that could affect distributions have been resolved, the Distribution Window to withdraw funds for approved PODs will be opened. This is expected to be in January 2025. Creditors with approved claims will have 12 weeks to withdraw their funds.
